It couldn’t possibly be her brother she heard, could it? She’d been missing him terribly and it was beginning to make her think she’d heard him constantly. 

Despite this, she ran from her room, gracefully fleeing down the steps and barreling towards the boy. It was him! Her arms opened; Expecting his embrace. 

"What are you doing here, Eddie? I thought it was quite clear that you were to stay in Weston…" 

                 _{His gloominess  caused by spending too much time without seeing Elizabeth was depressing and annoying everyone from his dorm, in a way he was allowed to take a two days break to visit her simply because people couldn’t stand him crying and talking about a marriage that couldn’t happen in his sleep anymore. But of course he couldn’t let anyone from the household hear this, as it sounded like a poor excuse for him to come.}

                 _{"Well, let’s just day that they let me take a break,” ended up saying the noble, with a smirk. Before hugging her, her took the basket that he had been holding behind and extended it to her, with the gift he had gotten her on his way (it wasn’t like he’d visit her without bringing a gift, as it would feel rude). A kitten.}

_{“Lizzy?” He called out loudly, not completely sure on where she was, both his hands behind his back where he was holding a surprise for her. He wasn’t sure whether she would like it (or rather, their mother), but he thought of it as something cute and decided to give it a try.}
